  • To be able to take charge of a classroom that is not used to you, or command the attention of a student on your first meeting takes a high level of confidence. A confident persona makes managing a class an easier and more productive experience.

  • Creativity, although not necessary for every subject in the curriculum, always helps when trying to communicate with students, if you can think up creative and new ways to get ideas across you’ll have your students attention.
