Keeping Children Safe in Education

At ITN Mark, we understand the importance of our role in Keeping Children Safe in Education, which is why we ensure that our stringent vetting procedures are followed for each and every candidate, prior to them starting any new role with you. We also ensure that all candidate records are kept up to date for the duration of their placement.

The guidance information ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ was published in September 2019, and replaces the previous guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2018’.

The guidance documents below contain information on what schools and colleges should do and sets out the legal duties with which schools and colleges must comply. It should be read alongside ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018, which applies to all schools, including maintained nursery schools.
