To be successful, you need:
* Level 3 qualification minimum or equivalent
* Long term experience with working in the primary setting
* Have eligibility to work in the UK
* Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
* Have good classroom management skills
* Experience with working with KS1 - This is highly desirable but not essential
* Be a committed teacher with high expectations who has the drive to raise standards
