Secondary Learning Coaches

Are you looking for flexible work within education?

Are you available for September 2020?

Children in England are set to benefit from a £1 billion Covid "catch-up" tuition package to directly tackle the impact of lost teaching time. Academics require experienced tutors as well as QTS teachers and learning support staff interested in becoming tutors to help deliver this important project.

We anticipate huge demand in tuition next year and Academics are putting together tuition packages for schools to support them with delivering this exciting project.

Academics are keen to provide high-quality 'catch up' tuition for young people who have missed vital schooling and invite applications from tutors and aspiring tutors alike.

We are looking for a range of subject specialists to work with small groups or on a one to one basis.

You will ideally have experience of working with young people for example, as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant, however this is not essential. You will be able to follow the direction of the class teacher and deliver engaging sessions to help raise attainment of your pupils. You may be required to plan resources when required.

Possible Learning Coaches could be the following:

* Graduates in a core subject i.e. Maths , English and Science
* FE Lecturers
* Functional Skills Lecturers
* Tutors
* Trainers/Coaches
* Retired Teachers

You will be passionate about education and be able to build a good rapport with your students quickly.

All candidates will be required to do an Enhanced DBS.

If you are looking for a flexible role within Education and available for September then please apply now.
