Resistant materials Teacher job vacancy in Birmingham, Contract position

ITN Mark are seeking to appoint a Design Technology (DT) Teacher specialising in Resistant Materials for a local Secondary school in Birmingham. The position is full-time and starts in January 2019. It will continue to the end of the school year, with the possibility of a permanent position.

The successful Design Technology (DT) Textiles Teacher will have an excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience in Secondary schools. You will be resourceful and creative when planning imaginative and challenging lessons. A forward-thinker, you will strive to maintain the standards set by the school with a determination that inspires the students to succeed.

To be considered for this position of Design Technology (DT) you must:

·Have experience in teaching Secondary education within a Design Technology Department

·Hold Qualified Teacher status (QTS) or be a newly qualified teacher (NQT)

·Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary teachers
