Food Technology Teacher - Permanent - September start

I am recruiting for a Food Technology Teacher on behalf of a 'Good' mainstream secondary school located in Birmingham.

The school offer exceptional support at senior leadership level, a warm, friendly working environment, and good pupil behaviour. They are very proud of their 'Good' rating by Ofsted and want to appoint teachers that can get behind their ambition to become an 'Outstanding' school in the future.

The role is full time and permanent. It will start in September 2017 and there are immediate interviews available. You will be teaching Food Technology to Key Stages 3 and 4.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold UK QTS, QTLS or NQT status.
  • Be a Food Technology specialist with a degree in a related subject.
  • Have recent experience of teaching Key Stage 4 Food Technology in UK secondary schools.
  • Be able to plan and deliver Good or Outstanding lessons.
  • Be able to commit to a full time and permanent role, and be able to start at the beginning of the September term.

Please apply with an up to date copy of your CV.
