Each partnership has a bespoke recruitment and retention service that meets the client's needs and is specifically branded to represent their community.

ITN Mark Education works in partnership with DBE Services, a company wholly owned by the Dioceses of Blackburn, Carlisle, Chester, Liverpool, Manchester and York. The partnership has been created to provide a robust and sustainable recruitment, school improvement and support service, that allows schools within the Dioceses to take advantage of high calibre teaching talent for short-term,long-term and permanent recruitment. The partnership also provides access to “outstanding” school leaders and advisors to support schools with all aspects of School Improvement, as well as a quality, school focussed range of support services (including Payroll, HR, Finance and IT services).

ITN Mark Education and The Birmingham Catholic Primary Partnership have together developed the Catholic Partnership Supply Service (CPSS), a bespoke placement service for all schools within the Partnership.

The aim of Catholic Diocesan Supply Service (CDSS) is to provide Diocesan schools in West and North Yorkshire with a bespoke supply staff service by recruiting and retaining the highest quality supply staff who have an understanding of the ethos of Catholic schools.

ITN Mark Education is working in partnership with Jervoise School and St. Edmund and St. John's CofE Primary School, part of the drb Ignite multi academy trust, to recruit creative, ambitious and committed teaching staff for September 2016, at what is proving to be a very exciting time for both schools. ITN Mark Education works in partnership with the Staffordshire University Academies Trust (SUAT) to supply high-calibre teaching staff to their schools. This innovative partnership will ensure a high standard of teaching excellence and pupil attainment, equipping students with all the skills they will need to reach their true potential. We will also support the Trust's aim to develop, support and train staff to become inspirational leaders.

A permanent recruitment partnership with ITN Mark Education enables United Learning to focus on improving the quality of teaching and learning and raising standards in classrooms across England in order to ensure that pupils achieve their full potential. We deliver a partnership based on shared vision and values.

ITN Mark Education is The Marlborough Science Academy's exclusive recruitment partner. We work closely with the St Albans-based academy to identify highly talented staff with passion and enthusiasm for their subject, and who are keen to make a real difference to the lives of young people.

Eagle House Group set up a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) with ITN Mark in April 2009. Eagle House is an independent school group comprising of seven schools across London, the Home Counties and Norfolk. The group caters for pupils with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and SpLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) and ITN Mark supplies them with support staff and teachers with experience in these fields, as well as aiding them with permanent recruitment.

The London Diocesan Board for Schools (LDBS) has created an in-house staffing service which is available exclusively to LDBS and affiliated schools. It aims to develop a ring-fenced supply of quality candidates who are supportive and knowledgeable about working in Church of England schools and thus reducing the internal recruitment burden.

The Roman Catholic Diocese of Middlesborough in partnership with ITN Mark Education has created a supply staff service for all schools in the Diocese. The service offers schools a variety of education support needs, from recruitment on a temporary basis to education consultancy services.

ASEND provides schools with comprehensive and competitive specialist support and advice for children with SEND and disabilities. ASEND was created in response to schools who find they are not always able to quickly respond with provision when a need is identified or find their provision is not as cost effective as it could be, impacting on school budgets. ASEND offers training, consultancy, advice, strategic planning and support.
