Year 3 Teacher needed for a small Catholic Primary school based in Sandwell

Are you an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Teacher looking for an opportunity to work on a long term basis from September until the end of December 2017?

Do you have a natural flair for encouraging children to achieve their full potential? If so, this school could be looking for you!

A Catholic primary school is using the Catholic Partnership Supply Service to employ a committed Key stage 2 Teacher to plan for and teach Year 3!

This Catholic Primary has a diverse population of pupils who come from varying backgrounds. The school is a calm, friendly and well-ordered place in which to learn and work.

The head teacher provides strong leadership and their high expectations are a significant factor in the good improvement made since they joined the school.

There is a strong focus on supporting literacy and mathematics across all subjects, tied in with imaginative links developed between different subjects, has had a positive effect on pupils' progress, enthusiasm and ability to learn and work on their own.

If you are a confident year 3 Teacher who has previous experience working within challenging classroom environments and excellent classroom management this is a great school for you!

Successful primary teachers must:

  • Hold QTS and eligibility to work within the UK
  • Experience of teaching primary age pupils from Foundation stage to key stage 2

  • Teach at a consistently outstanding level
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, parents and students
