*** You must be able to support core subjects to GSCE level
*** Experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant position

*** The school would ideally like to meet experienced TA's / HLTA's
*** Salary up to £90.00 per day for the right Experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant

Recognising and appreciating different learning needs is an essential skill of an Experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant and you will be refining this awareness on a daily basis as you guide and support SEMH/ASD/SEND learners. This Experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant position will see you helping to add another element to class learning within KS3 exclusively and you will be always helping learners minimise and regulate behaviours that can be disruptive and destructive in the classroom.

To be effective in your role as Experienced SEND/SEMH Teaching Assistant you will provide a passion for inclusive learning and strong communication skills. In this post you will be expanding your professional knowledge and experience as you continue to develop a strong awareness of particular learning needs. Day-to-day, you will be leading individual and small groups of learners, helping to develop positive relationships that will feed back into positive classroom behaviour.
