Reception Teacher job vacancy in Harrow, Contract position

Reception Teacher required for this Outstanding school in Harrow.

Role starts in September 2018 on a contract or permanent basis.

Successful candidates will be proficient in teaching their year group and hold QTS.

Interview will consist of teaching a 30 minute lesson being observed by and then meeting with the Head Teacher and Deputy Head.

This school utilises a value base philosophy and conversation lead for pupils throughout their education from Reception through to Year 6. School teaching hours are 08.15 till 15.00hrs, thereafter year groups will communicate, prep, plan and mark together through to the end of the working day.
The successful candidate needs to have classroom presence with a coaching and supportive approach to lessons.
QTS is required for this post with the relevant teaching experience, however the school will consider a suitable NQT with a positive learning attitude.
Interview process consist of producing and teaching a lesson, followed by an interview with the DHT and year lead.
The successful candidate will be paid in accordance with the schools salary for that year group.
