KS2 Primary Teacher for Y3/4

Full Time - 1 Year Contract

Are you a primary teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity?

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated KS2 teacher to work within a friendly and supportive team. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of good and outstanding teaching practice. The successful class teacher will plan, prepare and deliver well-rounded and balanced lessons to Y3/4 children. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse and vibrant community with a friendly atmosphere. We would like to hear from experienced teachers who are committed to raising standards within a primary education environment.

The successful Y3/4 Class Teacher will:

  • Have QTS
  • Be committed to the development of pupils
  • Be confident at managing classroom behaviour
  • Be passionate, driven and enthusiastic about teaching
  • Work hard to close the gap between disadvantaged pupils and others
  • Be prepared to teach across the ability range in foundation stage, challenging and inspiring young children
  • Carefully assess, record, and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Maintain a good standard of discipline through positive and productive relationships with pupils
  • Promote enrichment and extension activities
  • Participate in school meetings
