Customer Experience Manager job vacancy in Stroud, Temporary position

ITN Mark Education is working with a college in Stroud which is looking for a temporary customer experience manager to join a busy office team. This role is full time Monday to Friday and to start ASAP - October. There may also be the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone that is able to work other members of staff to provide administrative support ensuring the smooth running of the college. The college is looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitoring pupils' attendance records and ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
  • Covering reception
  • Greeting and attending to college visitors and adhering to security and fire regulations.
  • General administrative duties; scanning, filing, inbox management, working with various spreadsheets and documents, post duties and diary management.
  • Assist with and attend staff training.

The ideal candidate will have -

  • Previous experience with SIMS would be advantageous for this position.
  • High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Competent use of ICT software including Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A secretarial qualification would be advantageous to this role but not a necessity.
  • A current and valid DBS certificate will be required (we can help process a new one for you if required)
