Job Purpose/Summary:

Primary Objective:

To drive the identification, recruitment, and compliance of the highest quality candidates to the front-line business. To contribute to the future development of the business by creating, managing and constantly improving a resourcing programme that supports company goals.

Secondary Objectives:

  • Administration - General branch administration tasks as directed by, and to support, the Operations Manager in line with overall company goals
  • Legislation - To remain up to date with, and support the integration of, legislative and anticipated changes to the candidate role within the business in accordance with the Operations Manager and company guidelines.
  • Communication - To support the company, operations manager, and sales team in championing effective communication regards candidate resourcing and availability, taking a pivotal role in ensuring the transfer of best practice from theory to operations.

KPI's include but not exclusive to:-

  • Adverts placed
  • CV searches
  • Candidate tele-vets
  • Candidate registrations
  • Candidate clearance times
  • Candidate availability
  • Candidate return-on-investment
  • Timesheet collection
  • Accurate candidate CRM records
  • Timely and effective general branch admin

Duties and Responsibilities include but not exclusive to:-

  • Planning & Preparation
  • To adopt a pro-active and solution oriented approach at all times
  • To build candidate recruitment plans with assistance from operations manager
  • To be responsible for resourcing needs of team
  • To operate a structured recruitment programme to fulfil business needs
  • To communicate agreed recruitment strategy across the team
  • To schedule suitable time for role administration and process review
  • To schedule attendance and input for team & operations manager meetings
  • To research & identify appropriate & high quality candidate pools
  • To screen applications & CVs received in a timely manner & in-line with our equal opportunities policy
  • To identify the best candidates & arrange registration appointments within agreed time limits
  • To communicate with candidates and operations manager/team to ensure successful co-ordination of placements
  • To ensure all relevant identification, qualification, and compliance documentation is recorded in line with UK government regulations and ITNMark policies and procedures prior to confirming a candidate clearance for placement
  • To work as a partner to the operations team and seek constant improvement to our resourcing processes
  • To manage additional activities and projects as agreed with Operations Manager
  • To quality control recruitment process
  • To obtain feedback of experience with candidates & provide feedback to ops manager
  • To comply with all relevant UK & European employment law
  • To uphold ITNMark Education's equal opportunities policy at all times
  • To conduct regular feedback meetings with consultants, team, & ops manager
  • To communicate regularly and effectively with consultants/teams to maintain understanding of operational recruitment needs and offer support to the management team
  • To maintain up to date stock of candidate registration packs
  • To ensure branch/office appearance promotes a professional image to visitors
  • To maintain up to date stock of stationary, marketing materials, or any other resources as agreed with ops manager
