Business Manager- School Based job vacancy in Birmingham, Temporary position

ITN Mark is looking to appoint an School Business/ HR manager to join a large and friendly school. This position is to start in September for a minimum one term with the potential to continue longer.

The successful candidate will support the admin team and be responsible in particular for Human Resources.

The successful candidate will hold the following attributes:

  • Be an approachable and active team player who demonstrates excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Can effectively administer the strategic and operational management of the school financial systems and procedures
  • Is able to manage all HR & Personnel matters and act as a Line Manager, including undertaking Performance Appraisals
  • Is comfortable with dealing with occupational health / contracts / resignations / sick leave
  • Has a detailed understanding of safeguarding procedures
