Bursar job vacancy in Birmingham, Permanent position

ITN Mark is looking to appoint an experienced School Bursar to join a friendly school.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the management of Finances, Human Resources, MIS/ICT Infrastructure, Premises and Health & Safety.

The successful candidate will hold the following attributes:

  • Be an approachable and active team player who demonstrates excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Can effectively administer the strategic and operational management of the school financial systems and procedures
  • Is able to manage all HR & Personnel matters and act as a Line Manager, including undertaking Performance Appraisals
  • Will liaise with the ICT Manager & Technician to ensure an efficient service
  • Will be responsible for the day to day management of the site and premises, ensuring we are compliant with our statutory obligations as well as general Health & Safety
  • Has a detailed understanding of safeguarding procedures
