Recruitment Options

Our consultants are experienced in building bespoke recruitment solution packages. These include:

  • A competitive recruitment fee per placement
  • Bespoke recruitment campaigns which involve arranging flights, accommodation and all interview facilities and candidate management
  • 'Pay as you go' fee to attend international recruitment drives in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the USA, Ireland and the UK.
  • Access to one of our partner Headteachers to assist in interviews and to grade and short-list teachers on your behalf

Recruitment Methodology

From the moment you give us a brief, we will start work to find the right teacher for your school. You will be served by a dedicated International Recruitment Consultant who will be your primary point of contact throughout the life of your campaign and will keep you up-to-date with our progress.

Using a range of proven recruitment tools and techniques, we will identify candidates that are a close match to your requirements. We will market your school and your vacancies so that the best candidates are keen to meet you in order to create a shortlist of well-qualified and motivated candidates, ready for interview.

We also make the arrangements for interviews including organising a venue and handling all the administration, pre and post interview. This includes full vetting of candidates to the level agreed, confirming offers and guiding the successful candidates through the visa application process.

We will only recommend pre-screened candidates who have the right qualifications, experience and attitude, matched to your brief. Full vetting, following the guidelines of the UK Department for Education (DFE) is also available as a service. This includes:

  • A full background check ISA Barred check list (List 99)
  • An enhanced DBS check
  • Full two year referencing (with any gaps queried)
  • All identification and original qualifications checked
