ITN Mark Education announce three more graduates from their successful Evolve leadership and professional development training programme

Tania Jordan, Programme Manager for ITN Mark's successful Evolve leadership awareness and professional development training programme, has announced the graduation of Natalie Weaving, Charlotte Merton and Laurence Hewetson from the Evolve 2 Training programme.

The programme was originally launched in 2008 and was designed to unlock potential and ensure that those people who were successful in gaining a place on the coveted course, would go on to realise their potential within the company.

Each graduate was presented with an Evolve 2 trophy in London on Wednesday 28th September, by Chief Operating Officer, Eddie Austin:

Eddie Austin said: "The foundations of the ITN Mark Evolve programme are designed to give high performing sales staff a pathway to career progression whilst at the same time strengthening the business succession planning and I am extremely pleased to be able to say that this year's Evolve programme is no exception.

Each of the graduates on the Evolve programme has been on a challenging journey of self and business discovery and I am very proud of the growth and success that they have achieved.

Evolve will continue to unlock individual potential as well as afford each successful colleague within the business the tools with which to grasp the leadership opportunities that exist within ITN Mark Education."

Programme Manager, Tania Jordan, said: " The Evolve programme, orginally intended to attract and develop potential managers in the company, has 'evolved' to become a much wider opportunity for those applicatns with the drive, desire, determination and commitment to become a leader at ITN Mark. The recent graduates found the personal development as valuable as the professional and have each experienced a challenging yet positive journey over the past 18 months. I'm delighted with the success of the programme so far, in terms of graduates' personal and professional development. I know that that it has given them the tools to recognise their strengths and use them to identify and achieve their career goals."

Following a gruelling assessment day, ITN Mark is also proud to announce that 5 successful candidates will be taking part in the new Evolve 3 programme starting in November.

ITN Mark Education are delighted to have been shortlisted for the ‘Recruitment Group of the Year’ award in the EducationInvestor Awards for 2011.

EducationInvestor is the leading magazine and website covering the business of learning. They cover the entire education sector, from nurseries and primary schools, right up to further and higher education. Editorially, they offer opportunities for organisations keen to develop their footprint in education, who view the sector as one where the private sector has a greater role to play.

The EducationInvestor Awards is the only comprehensive ceremony which caters for the entire sector. From suppliers to consultants to academy schools, all the key players in the sector have a chance to be recognised for their hard work and innovation.

The winners will be chosen by an independent panel of judges and announced at a black-tie event at the Grosvenor House Hotel on the evening of 17 November. The evening will consist of a champagne drinks reception, followed by dinner and an awards-ceremony presented by a celebrity host. 

 








ITN Mark Education wins Best Public Sector Recruitment Agency award at the annual Recruiter Awards for Excellence

ITN Mark Education are
delighted to have won the award for ‘Best Public Sector Recruitment Agency’ at the prestigious Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2011 which took place on Wednesday 11 May.

Organised by Recruiter Magazine and held at the Grosvenor House Hotel on London’s Park Lane, the awards recognise innovation and best practice in various sectors of the recruitment industry across the UK.
The criteria for the Best Public Sector award includes evidence of financial stability and profitability, business innovation, exceptional insight into its sector, outstanding service to clients and candidates as well as demonstrating ‘best practice’ as an employer.
