As our consultants have experience working within various school environments, we recognise the vital role that support assistants perform in the education of pupils ensuring that the most suitable candidate is placed within your school. After you first contact ITN Mark with you staffing problems, we recognise that a problem shared is a problem halved; therefore we will do our utmost to promptly resolve your dilemma. Our process involves maintaining contact with you every step of the way to sustain an effective working relationship. You can be rest assured that every candidate ITN Mark places in schools will be fully briefed on your expectations to fulfil the role required.

In each of our offices, you will be able to speak to a dedicated Support Staff Consultant, many of whom are ex-teachers themselves- which means they understand the pressures of working in a school environment. These consultants have been specially trained and are there to assist you in any way they possibly can.
If your local office can’t find that ‘perfect’ support candidate for you, we have a network or 15 branches throughout the UK to assist. Our branches have fantastic relationships and work closely together sharing resources and candidates. This ‘sharing culture’ has been nurtured to enable ITN Mark to be more effective when offering our support to schools.
All ITN Mark offices are open from 7am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). Outside of our normal working hours, we offer a 24-hour out of hours service. The team will handle your enquiry and in an emergency will contact the ‘on-call’ consultant who will deal with the emergency immediately.
