Your first step towards teaching in the UK is to get in touch with our International team

• What can you expect? Expert support and advice from one of our consultants, who will guide you through paperwork, assist your relocation, and most importantly, find you a great job in the UK.
• When you land in the UK, you can expect a comprehensive induction to the UK, equipping you with the right tools to thrive as a teacher here.

UK Document Checklist

To work in the UK you will need to provide:

• An up-to-date, comprehensive teaching CV with no gaps, covering the last 10 years
• A valid passport
• A valid UK employment visa (link to eligibility page) (where applicable)
• Your original qualification
• Two passport sized photos
• An up-to-date enhanced CRB (UK police clearance)
• Overseas police clearance (from your country of origin, and any others you have lived in for longer than six months)
• Contact details of two professional referees from the last two years
• Proof of application for provisional General Teaching Council (GTC) registration
• Proof of address of your current address such as a bank statement, or utility/phone bill
