Your first step towards teaching in the UK is to get in touch with our International team

- When you land in the UK, you can expect a comprehensive induction to the UK, equipping you with the right tools to thrive as a teacher here.
UK Document Checklist
To work in the UK you will need to provide:
- An up-to-date, comprehensive teaching CV with no gaps, covering the last 10 years
- A valid passport
- A valid UK employment visa (link to eligibility page) (where applicable)
- Your original qualification
- Two passport sized photos
- An up-to-date enhanced CRB (UK police clearance)
- Overseas police clearance (from your country of origin, and any others you have lived in for longer than six months)
- Contact details of two professional referees from the last two years
- Proof of application for provisional General Teaching Council (GTC) registration
- Proof of address of your current address such as a bank statement, or utility/phone bill
